Shri Manoj Kumar Mishra presently working as commissioner rail co-ordination and special secretary to government, commerce & transport department. He has also given additional charge of secretary, electronics & information technology department , Odisha government. He did his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar and holding MBA in Marketing management from XIMB.
