Chinmoy Panda has had several years of experience in the global software industry, employed with companies like Adobe Systems Inc, Interra Inc, James Martin & Co and Cadence Design Systems before he started Mindfire in year 1999 and DateTheRamp in year 2015. He has an approved United States patent in the areas of document analysis, document understanding and Internet search techniques. He had earned his BE in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad

Nataraj Narayan – MD & President AutonomiQ Inc
Dr. Nataraj has 25+ years of experience & has recently joined AutonomIQ as Co-founder President & Managing Director. He has joined from KPIT, where he was the Global CIO and the Head of the IMS Business. As the head of the IMS business, he was instrumental in growing the IMS practice to over 10% of their annual revenues in a very short period of time.
He is cumulatively headed 200+ Mn $ business. and a very early adopter of technology (Digital & Cloud). He has received several prestigious awards and that includes top 50 world-wide CIO’s award by Info week, Innovation award from Times, Editor & Chief (Robinson), Global CIO award & Hall of Fame from IDG media & several others.
Prior to KPIT, Nataraj was Global CIO , Senior Vice President & part of leadership in Hexaware , Mindtree (Aztec), Ericsson, Hughes & Wipro. Customers respect him for his innovative business models, depth of technology and flawless execution.

Session: Blockchain Technology Adoption in Indian Telecommunication Industry
Blockchain is often seen as a technology for financial sector, but India is leading the Blockchain revolution in Telecommunication Sector. Pesky commercial calls and SMSs are a big problem for Indian Telecom subscribers. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has notified new regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) to Curb Pesky Calls, There is also a draft regulation issued on running Mobile Number Portability process on Blockchain. This is first of a kind step in India where a regulator is embracing a technology like blockchain, for regulatory compliance purposes. Blockchain is known as technology for building trust through systems and hence eliminating intermediary, in the proposed session we will explore the blockchain features that promote trust and privacy in the context of Telecommunication Industry.
The other notion about Blockchain technology is it do not scale well, but in Indian Telecom context scale is a fundamental requirement, we will also explore scalability aspects of a enterprise blockchian implementation in the proposed session.
Rahul Verma – Founder & CTO of Test Mile and Talent Reboot
Rahul Verma is a testing entrepreneur from India. He is the Founder of Test Mile, CTO at Verity and Community Proxy for STeP-IN forum. He is the creator of two free and open source test automation libraries: Arjuna – a Python based modern test automation engine and Daksha – a Java based test automation framework. He is the author of RahulVerma.net, core creator of Certified Selenium Engineer certification, co-creator of CMAP certifications and one of the authors of ISTQB foundations syllabus.
He is an advisor and researcher for SALT – School of Applied Learning in Testing. An awarded thought leader for his contributions to Indian testing community, he is known for his practical and unified view of software testing. His software testing experience includes building test automation frameworks in Python and Java, web security, white box testing and web performance testing. His research work focuses on object oriented design patterns applied to test automation and extending them into general purpose models. He has presented, published articles and educated thousands of testers in the said areas. His testing ideas and work are deeply influenced by his exposure and interest in poetry and spirituality.

Somen Das – Cyber Security Consultant, TCS
A seasoned cyber security professional, Somen has more than 13 years of experience in cyber security, application development and design acquired from various organizational roles and research jobs in the industry. He is experienced in managing vulnerability programs for large enterprises having over hundreds of web applications & more than thousand infrastructures IT assets.
Though he started his career as a .NET developer but ever since his transition to Cyber Security, he has successfully graduated from one role to the other and is managing multiple projects and research work in Cyber Security space. Somen is currently working as a Cyber Security Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. He also kick started the OWASP Bhubaneswar Chapter in 2010 and is the chapter leader.
Session: NOScan Vulnerability Detection
The first step towards addressing software security vulnerabilities knows that they are present. In this talk I will present one of the modern approaches to detect system/application vulnerabilities without performing any active scans. I will present the fundamental difference between vulnerability detection using an active scan vs NOScan approach. How can a cost-effective vulnerability detection mechanism be setup using Free and Open-Source tools like GLPI and IVA (available in Github). The session will include practical demonstration on how to use the tools mentioned above.
Satya Prakash Tripathy – Global Head, Test Engineering Solutions, Mindtree
Satya has 17 years of IT industry experience with multiple IT Services organizations, including a decade long stint with Cognizant. Currently he is working with Mindtree as a Director in Testing. In his primary role, he heads the Testing Pre-sales group. He is also responsible for Mindtree’s Testing business in MEA and India regions. Additionally, he manages the Alliance and Partnership with tech companies on behalf Mindtree Testing.
Apart from a corporate life Satya has couple of startup failure experiences under his belt. He still dreams for an entrepreneurial journey.

Kumar has worked in different organizations and different projects as a Test Automation Engineer. Now, he works as a Sr. Software Test Engineer at Mindfire Solutions. He have had the opportunity to work in different kind of automation frameworks, and developed few frameworks for clients as well. Creating sustainable, reusable, robust, and scalable frameworks is one of the things he takes most interest in. Exploring new tools and technology that can be incorporated in test automation for a better automation experience is another thing that he spends his time in.

Dr. Pankaj Dwivedi is an eminent orthopedic surgeon who is the Medical Director and head of the department of Joint Replacement and Trauma surgery at K M hospital Raipur, previously he was the HOD Joint Replacement and Trauma surgery at Apollo hospital, Bhilai. He is the author of the acclaimed novel “The Possibility” and a famous Inspirational speaker not motivational.

We are coerced to believe that the most important ingredients for a fulfilling life, a successful career and joyful relationships lie somewhere outside ourselves in the form of a skill set, knowledge, certification, activity or behavioural modification. Hence we never bother to have a date with the most important person in our lives … “our self”

He also heads his startup called “Spacify” as a co-founder and CEO, which has been working to provide satellite-powered internet or “Outernet” in Singapore and parts of rural India as part of the Digital India initiative.
